Second Chances
Our free store providing furniture, household goods, clothing, books and toys to clients moving out of shelter and into permanent housing. Items are also available, at no charge, to all Carroll County residents with a demonstrated need. A voucher to access available goods can be requested at our office.
Donations can be brought to Second Chances at 23 West Green Street in Westminster, Monday through Friday, from 9am-4pm. You can also request pickup for your donations by calling our main number at (410) 857-2999.
