Rental Assistance Program
This program provides supplemental rental payments to landlords for up to twelve months on behalf of eligible households. RAP is operated in partnership with Carroll County Bureau of Housing and Community Development.
The goal of the program is to demonstrate that low income, homeless individuals and families with critical emergency housing needs can return to long-term housing and self sufficiency when supported over a short-term period with rent subsidy payments.
