Permanent Housing for Persons with Disabilities
Providing affordable housing to homeless men and women who are able to live on their own. Individuals are housed in leased apartments and provided case management and skill enhancement services to promote independence and self-sufficiency. There is no time limit regarding length of stay in the program. Clients are required to pay their security deposit, rent (based on income), and monthly utility bills.
