HSP just launched the “Building Second Chances” Capital Campaign to remodel our recently purchased building at 12 Carroll Street in Westminster.
There are many ways to get involved, dedicate a gift, and spread the word.
We want to give a huge THANK YOU to those who came out to our Bull & Oyster Roast held at Reese Fire Hall on January 26, 2018. With your help, we raised over $10,000 for our “Building Second Chances” Capital Campaign to remodel our building at 12 Carroll Street in Westminster. We even received a citation from our delegation in Annapolis recognizing our agency’s 30 years of service to Carroll County, delivered in person by Delegate Haven Shoemaker (photos in the gallery below).
Thank you to our sponsors who helped make this event successful!
Thank you to all who participated! Please see our list of winners and sponsors HERE.
On September 30, 2017, Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. will hold “Carroll Cash Day” at North Carroll Branch of Carroll County Public Library at 2255 Hanover Pike, in Hampstead between 10:00AM-3:00PM.
Carroll Cash Day is a fun family event where children and adults can learn about how to make, manage, and grow their money! There will be vendors to educate parents on topics like mortgages, saving for college, and knowing your credit score. Children will learn money basics while playing games, doing crafts, and winning prizes. The BB&T Banking Bus will be on site for folks to learn. The Shred Mill will provide a truck for free shredding service (paper, cards, and CDs only, no hard drives). The Raven’s mascot, Poe, will even be on site to take pictures with the kids. This is definitely an event you don’t want to miss!
Carroll Cash Day is being presented by Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc., Carroll County Public Library, and is sponsored by First Financial Federal Credit Union.
For further details about this event, please contact Jennifer Graybill, HSP’s Director of Workforce Development at 410-857-2999 x6677 or firstname.lastname@example.org

Effective July 3rd, HSP will maintain the following schedule:
Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
