Neighbors In Need
A holiday giving program to ensure that all Carroll County residents have a happy holiday season. HSP serves as the connection between those that are willing and able to help and people that need that help. Households can be "adopted" through Neighbors in Need. Adopters can be individuals, groups, churches, service clubs, schools, businesses - really anyone that is in a position to help. Those that don't get adopted visit the Holiday Shop - a free store filled with new, donated items to select toys, clothing, personal care and gift items for all members of the household.
