Gingerbread Village Festival information

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Gingerbread Village Festival put on by Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. and Westminster Church of God to raise money for Carroll County’s five homeless shelters. Last year, you helped us raise almost $8,000 for our shelters! These funds went directly to items that benefit the residents in our shelters – food, clothing, toiletries, supplies, and much, much more.

We have almost all of the details ironed out, but we know there are many bakers out there who are anxious to show off their creative design this year.

So, here are the important things you need to know!

RAFFLE: Mr. Ernie Rice has outdone himself again. We have a beautiful wooden tractor and hay wagon (which will be on display at Westminster Fall Fest) to raffle of this year. Photos and more information coming soon.

DROP OFF DAY/TIME: Thursday, November 16th 10:00AM – 3:00PM
PICK UP DAY/TIME: Monday, November 27th 8:00AM – NOON

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PM CONNECTIONS: Thursday, November 16th 4:00PM-7:00PM
