Family Links
Providing information and appropriate referral as the point of entry to the many programs and resources available to address a wide variety of needs for our community's at-risk residents.
Family Links workers provide crisis counseling while assessing the situation and working with the client to prioritize their needs, indentify their challenges and develop an action plan toward their goals. With direction, support and advocacy, clients are able to move toward self-sufficiency.
Family Links also serves as the entry point for community other programs like Vehicles for Change and Compukids.
