The Carroll County Family Support Center
At the Family Support Center, our mission is to strengthen young families by building self-sufficiency and nurturing skills in parents while fostering happy and healthy development in their children under four.
Who Can Participate?
Expectant parents and parents and their
children under four years of age.
All of our programs are offered FREE of charge.
Transportation within 12 mi. of the center may be available (schedule permitting).
Our team consists of adult educators, child
development workers, case managers, and administrative staff who have been trained through the Maryland Family Network to
provide excellent family support services.
We take a strengths-based approach to
everything we do, and we look to the parents to set goals for what they would like to achieve by attending our program with their children.
