Emergency Assistance
Help for low-income Carroll County residents who are faced with any number of situations that could result in homelessness or affect the individual or family's ability to maintain self-sufficiency. Eligibility is based on assessment and documentation of the household's income and expenses. Consideration is also give to the ability to maintain the situation after the requested help is provided.
