Service Linked Housing

The Service Linked Housing resident advocate provides linkages to low-income and at-risk residents in low-income permanent housing to supportive services in the community.  The goal of the program is to increase self-sufficiency and to prevent households from falling through the cracks by providing on-going case management and the use of discretionary client assistance funds.

Requirements/Guidelines to Apply

  • Carroll County Resident

  • Monthly case management requires participation to show proof of payment of rent, utilities and proof of income
