Programs

Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. (HSP) provides a wide range of services through numerous programs, each of which is administered under HSP standard policies and procedures.  HSP adheres to strict regulations and reporting requirements for each funding source, which have program-specific rules.

Our main program areas include:

Who may be eligible?

Low-income Carroll County residents providing documentation of employment or income.  Eligibility is based on the intake workers assessment and the verification of all required documentation.

How to Apply

Contact HSP as soon as possible.  Set up an appointment or come to the office as a walk-in.  Calling ahead of time may insure that the necessary documents will be provided and assist the intake worker with completing the application in a timely manner.
