Tax deductible donations are critical to help support the work that is accomplished in our community.  Please consider making a donation in any amount that you are able to contribute.  Feel confident in knowing that any funds received can go directly to any of our programs that you designate, or they can be used where they are most needed (unrestricted).

 If you belong to an organization and are looking for a worthwhile project, please consider organizing a drive for any of the items listed below.

We accept donations of the following items on a year-round basis:

            . Personal Care Items  .  Diapers . Formula . Household Items . Clothing - all ages .

            . Baby Items . Toys and Books . New  Undergarments and Socks

Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations to which are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.  No goods or services are provided by HSP in return for any contribution.  A copy of our financial statement is available upon request by contacting Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc.  Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.
