Cold Weather Shelter

The purpose of this program is to provide protection from freezing weather conditions during the winter months for homeless people in Carroll County.  This seasonal shelter operates from November 15th until March 30th.

Who may be eligible?

Homeless men and women 18 years or older

Requirements/Guidelines

  • Must be homeless

  • Resident must be 18 years or older

  • Resident must be physically and mentally able to care for their personal needs

  • Must sign and abide by shelter guidelines
