Child and Adult Care Food Program

    Financial reimbursement to licensed day care providers for USDA approved meal and snacks that are served to children. Nutrition education is given to providers that participate in the program.

Who may be eligible?

Any licensed family day care provider

Requirements/Guidelines to Apply

Must be a licensed family day care provider in Carroll County.  Required to keep records of meals served, children in attendance and meals eaten.  Must attend one workshop each fiscal year.

How to Apply

After receiving the day care license, the provider should call HSP and set up an appointment with a CACFP worker who will fully explain the program.
