Board Members

Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. (HSP) is a private, not-for-profit corporation that is governed under by-laws established by a policy setting, volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board meets on the third Thursday of each month.   Meetings are open to the public.

HSP is the designated Carroll County member of the Community Action Partnership.  As such, our Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of individuals that represent the low-income population, elected officials (or their designees), local businesses and the community at large.
